Micro-Glass filter elements are useful for majority of applications when it comes to liquids and gases. They are manufactured from multi-layered media for high strength, high flow rates, low pressure drop, and fine filtration. Micro-Glass has an increased dirt holding capacity and particle capture efficiency designed for hydraulic oils, fuels, coolants, solvents, and water.
Stainless steel wire mesh elements are ideal for hostile environment applications. They are capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive fluids while remaining extremely durable. These elements nearly eliminate media migration and deliver precise filtration according to micron size. Used for test stands, laboratories, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, nuclear & fossil power generation, coolant systems and much more. Standard stainless steel wire mesh elements come in 304 stainless steel. Also available in 316 Stainless Steel, Nickel, and Hastelloy wire mesh. A stainless steel wire mesh element with a pressure relief groove is also available. These elements are constructed out of 304 stainless steel with an option for all 316 stainless steel hardware. Ideal for high viscosity filtering applications such as in the automotive industry.
3B offers a variety of spin on filter elements available in varying sizes, pressure ratings, and micron ratings to meet your needs. Spin on elements are used for low pressure applications allowing for large flow with a large dirt holding capacity. These elements are inexpensive, easily interchangeable, and cost effective. For additional personalization, contact us about private labeling your spin on filters.
Sintered elements are powdered media that are pressed, heated, and bonded together. Typically used in low flow systems to filter gas with the capability of withstanding higher temperatures.
Coalescing elements are used to separate liquid aerosols from air or gas streams and remove sub micron solids. This elements’ core is capable of condensing liquid aerosols that can be drained away naturally by gravity. Coalescing elements are used to separate liquids (i.e. water) from fuels/oils with different densities providing dry and particulate free results. They are widely used in compressed air filtration, mist elimination, refrigeration systems, air/oil separation, and compressed gas filtration.
3B offers filter discs in multiple sizes and micron ratings. Ideal for compact filters requiring reliable filtration.
3B keeps a variety of elements in stock year-round and have access to a wide range of others. Let us know what you’re looking for today!
