Coalescing elements are used to separate liquid aerosols from air or gas streams and remove sub micron solids. This elements’ core is capable of condensing liquid aerosols that can be drained away naturally by gravity. Coalescing elements are used to separate liquids (i.e. water) from fuels/oils with different densities providing dry and particulate free results. They are widely used in compressed air filtration, mist elimination, refrigeration systems, air/oil separation, and compressed gas filtration.
